- Processing Time: Orders are handmade and ship within 3-5 days.
- Carriers: All orders ship via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade with care, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review the policy below before purchasing:
- Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please contact us to arrange — new shipping charges may apply.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, digital downloads, and sale items are final sale.
- Damaged or Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with photos, and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund/exchange within 5–7 business days.

International Shipping (Canada & UK)
Orders ship from Massachusetts, USA. Rates are flat by product type and shown at checkout. Most orders arrive in 7–20 business days. Any customs duties, VAT, or handling fees are collected by your country’s postal service at delivery and aren’t included in my prices.
