From a young age I have always enjoyed the closeness that comes from family gatherings. I get it from my Aunt Karen.
When I was growing up she would throw an event called Kid’s Day for all of her nieces and nephews where she would set up games, prizes, and food, and we could go around winning tickets to buy things. Her doing that for the people she loved just to bring about joy and togetherness really inspired me. To pay her back, we threw her a carnival themed 60th birthday party!
The bond these events create can be felt with family, friends, coworkers, or even your neighbors. The love and heart that you pour into it is what makes the decor, food, activities, etc all work.
My goal is to help you host gatherings where you can make your loved ones feel that way I did all those years ago at Kid’s Day!
